My SAT

I took my SAT at Stone Mountan High. I was suprised to see so many people from stephenson there, i thought i would have been the only one there. It was ridiculously LONG but im glad i got to chill during a 5 min break after every 2 sections, but it was annoying to have the show them your I.D. after you leave the room. They already saw me so whats the point to have to constantly show it. There were 10 sections including the 25 min essay, the whole test was like 4 1/2 hours but was almost 6, because they started late. Im still praying and hoping i did well.

Band Girl Beats Up Muggers

Looks like band teaches you more than just playing an instrument.A 17-year-old high school marching band student beat up two assailants who tried to mug her as she was walking to school in Los Angelas, Caifornia. She punched one of the men in the nose and hit the other man in the groin. She then beat both of them with her baton and before she ran away. Deputies searched near her high schoollooking for a man who was holding his bloodied nose or limping. Unfortunately they did not find them, but I don't think that tey are going to mes with her anymore. I think its halarious how two grown men got beat down by a girl they tried to robbed.

Who Handles Break Up's Better

Men's Fitness belives women handle break ups better than men. I use to be able to beg to differ, but then I realized that it might be true in a sense. Women usually cry and let all their emotions flow after a break up while a guy tends to either hold it in or deny the fact that he cares. Kanye West for example, he is definitely hurting bad, his last album graduation he reffered to his girlfriend a couple of times, but after the break up, he made a song callled "Heartless" i think that is about her.Break ups are tough, but who do you think handles them better.

Eagle Comes Crashing

The eagle has landed in Reno, Nevada in the truck of Matthew Roberto Gonzalez. He was driving his 18 wheeler on his route when the America’s finest bird came crashing in through the window while driving on the U.S. Interstate 80 in north east Nevada near Wells, 60 miles from the Utah border line. Darly Young, the co-driver was sleeping when it happened until awakened by a loud thump of the eagle coming through the glass. The spokesman for the Nevada Department of Wildlife, Joe Doucette, claimed the eagle crashed head first into the window. He stated "One side of the head is swollen, but there does not appear to be any permanent damage.” Luckily no one was injured and the eagle will slowly recover.

Gimmie my Labtop

A 75 yr. old man caught a person who tried to steal his labtop at Best Buy Feb. 24, 2009. The suspect was 24 yrs. old and supposedly at his physical prime. He told police he was just standing outside waiting for his wife before a man came and took his brand new computer from his hands, thats when he started to chase after him. Police said the suspect only made it 8 feet before the old man grabbed him. An officer soon came to resolve the situation and the 25 yr. old was sent to jail. He is now being held on a $12,500 bail and charged with robbery and battery on a person over age. I think it's bad enough you couldn't steal from an old person, but to get caught then charged so it's on your record makes it even worse.

Baby Marry Dog

A infant boy married to his neighbor’s dog in Eastern India, believing that being the groom will protect the child from wild animals. 150 villagers performed the ritual in Orissa’s Jajipur district. Because the boy grew his tooth under his top gum, even though he is just about two years old, the Munda Tribe believes that it is an omen when young children grow a tooth at that age. They believe the bad omen will make them prone to tiger attacks and other animals, and performed the ritual hoping to gain the blessing of the tribal god which would ward off evil spirits. The baby was carried by his family to the village temple for the marriage where the priest validated the marriage by chanting hymns. When the baby grows up he will still be able to marry a human without divorcing the dog though. Indian law does not have a law against humans and animals, so the ritual continues to this day in rural and tribal areas.

Myspace Start Kickin'

Myspace.com has identified and removed 90,000 convicted sex offenders from its popular social-networking site, according to one of the state attorney generals, who wanted the site to better its safety standards. I'm glad myspace has removed them and it makes it a lot safer for the children with myspace accounts. I just hope that Facebook lessens the amount of sex offenders or any person who prys on children as well. This help me realize how dangerous the internet can be, and i makes me mad when people go online pretending they are something they are n0t, sex offenders for example probably pretend they are kids too, and then try to get with the children that they message. It's hard to trust people you don't know over the internet, and i hope Myspace and any other social site, cathes more offenders to prevent any future crimes.
